Villa Maldagora kijkt uit over de golfbaan van La Nivelle en de baai van Saint-Jean-De-Luz en geniet van een vredige, verjongende omgeving. De architectuur combineert op harmonieuze wijze de Belle Epoque stijl met Baskische kenmerken zoals vakwerk en terracotta tegels.
De appartementen zijn van alle moderne gemakken voorzien en hebben een balkon met uitzicht op de golfbaan of de aangelegde tuin.
De aangelegde tuin heeft een zwembad dat geopend is van mei tot september met een kinderbad en een solarium. Villa Maldagora biedt gasten tafeltennis en Frans biljart.
