Onze pizza's worden gebakken in een koepeloven geïmporteerd uit Genua en de vleeswaren worden fijngesneden met een professionele handmatige hamsnijder. Onze Rovagnati charcuterie in Milaan is sinds 1943 een van de meest prestigieuze in Italië en wordt per minuut gesneden. Onze pizzabakker Pascal heeft een passie voor pizza en beheerst alle technieken om zelfgemaakte pasta te maken met natuurlijke zuurdesem en biologisch meel.
We bieden ook verse pasta, antipasti en grote salades...
