Kruiden van de wereld. De kleuren en smaken van specerijen, in grote hoeveelheden aangeboden zoals op traditionele markten, nodigen ieder van ons uit om nieuwe recepten te bedenken of om nieuwe gebieden te verkennen via traditionele gerechten die overal ter wereld bekend zijn: dahls, curry's, tajines, rougails, Thaise bouillons, wokken, tandoori's... Wij nodigen u uit om een aromatisch palet te ontdekken dat bestaat uit 130 referenties: specerijen, kruiden, pepers, zouten, suikers en "zelfgemaakte" kruidenmengsels, allemaal afkomstig van de oogst van het jaar, GGO-vrij en niet-geïoniseerd.
