Het concept is eenvoudig: alles gebeurt in het midden van de tafel! De keukenaccessoires zijn geïntegreerd in het midden van de tafel, zodat alle gasten kunnen deelnemen aan de bereiding van de gerechten.
Je kunt groenten en gemarineerd vlees klaarmaken om te grillen op je tafel! Dit concept is niet exclusief: de chef staat in de keuken om het gebruikelijke menu te bereiden: grills, salades en dagschotels.
