U bevindt zich hier voor de kathedraal Saint-André, op 200 m van het Palais Rohan, het huidige stadhuis van Bordeaux, in het voetgangers- en handelsgebied. Van hieruit kunt u ook de Tour du Hâ zien, de overblijfselen van een oud fort, en de zetel van het Palais de Justice, waarvan u de verrassende architectuur kunt bewonderen. Als u afdaalt naar de rivier, sieren mascarons en balkons de 18e-eeuwse gevels, gericht op het licht van de Garonne. Van hieruit kunt u zich te voet, met de fiets of met het openbaar vervoer verplaatsen. De kades, tuinen en waterspiegel liggen op 500 meter van dit kleine 19e-eeuwse gebouw.
