Het Hospice Comtesse is het oudste gebouw van Lille. Dit ziekenhuis werd in de dertiende eeuw gesticht om de armste mensen van de stad te kunnen helpen. Tegenwoordig huist het Hospice Comtesse een museum over de geschiedenis van Rijsel. Je kan in het ziekenhuis ook de oude kapel bezoeken en binnengaan in de keuken waar authentieke Delftse tegels hangen.
Het museum is van woensdag tot zondag open van 10:00 tot 18:00.
