Hertingfordbury is een klein dorp en burgerlijke parochie in Hertfordshire, Engeland, dicht bij de hoofdstad van het graafschap Hertford. De bevolking van de burgerlijke parochie volgens de volkstelling van 2011 is 630. Het werd genoemd in het Domesday Book.
Hertingfordbury ligt één mijl ten westen van Hertford aan de A414-weg. Rimpelontwikkeling langs die weg heeft het dorp nog niet bereikt, dat een landelijk karakter behoudt. Het dorp ligt aan de rivier de Mimram, waar in de 18e eeuw een watermolen werd gebouwd, en ligt net ten noorden van de rivier de Lea. De noordelijke grens van het dorp is Panshanger Park, met zijn Great Oak, dat door sommigen wordt beschouwd als de oudste eik in Engeland.
