Hertingfordbury er en lille landsby og civil parish i Hertfordshire, England, tæt på amtsbyen Hertford. Befolkningen i den civile parish pr. 2011 folketælling er 630. Den blev nævnt i Dommedagsbogen.
Hertingfordbury ligger en mile vest for Hertford på A414 vejen. Båndudvikling langs den vej har endnu ikke nået landsbyen, som bevarer en landlig karakter. Landsbyen strækker sig over floden Mimram, hvor der blev bygget en vandmølle i det 18. århundrede, og ligger lige nord for floden Lea. Den nordlige grænse for landsbyen er Panshanger Park, med sin Great Oak, som af nogle betragtes som den ældste eg i England.
