Lenham is een marktdorp en burgerlijke parochie in Kent, gelegen aan de zuidrand van de North Downs, halverwege Maidstone en Ashford. Het pittoreske plein in het dorp heeft twee openbare huizen, een paar restaurants en een theehuis. Lenham heeft volgens de census van 2011 een bevolking van 3.370.
Het dorp ligt aan de belangrijkste bron van de Great Stour en de Stour Valley Walk begint hier, richting Ashford en verder naar Canterbury en het Engelse Kanaal nabij Sandwich. Het is ook de bron van de rivier Len, die in westelijke richting stroomt om de rivier Medway bij Maidstone te ontmoeten.
