Lenham ist ein Marktdorf und eine Gemeinde in Kent, die am südlichen Rand der North Downs liegt, halbwegs zwischen Maidstone und Ashford. Der malerische Platz im Dorf hat zwei Gasthäuser, ein paar Restaurants und ein Teestübchen. Lenham hat laut der Volkszählung von 2011 eine Bevölkerung von 3.370.
Das Dorf liegt an der Hauptquelle des Großen Stour, und der Stour Valley Walk beginnt hier, führt nach Ashford und weiter nach Canterbury und zum Ärmelkanal nahe Sandwich. Es ist auch die Quelle des Flusses Len, der in westlicher Richtung fließt, um sich bei Maidstone mit dem Fluss Medway zu vereinen.
