Holme Lacy is een dorp in het Engelse graafschap Herefordshire. De bevolking van de burgerlijke parochie was 466 bij de volkstelling van 2011.
Holme Lacy is niet afgeleid van het Oud-Noorse holmr "eiland" zoals andere plaatsen met de naam Holme, maar van het vrij vergelijkbare Oudengelse hamm "land in een rivierbocht". De naam werd geregistreerd als Hamme in het Domesday Book in 1086.
