Woolsthorpe Manor in Woolsthorpe-by-Colsterworth, nabij Grantham, Lincolnshire, Engeland, is de geboorteplaats en het familiehuis van Sir Isaac Newton. Hij werd daar geboren op 25 december 1642. Destijds was het een boerenhoeve, voornamelijk voor het houden van schapen.
Newton keerde hier in 1666 terug toen de Universiteit van Cambridge vanwege de pest sloot, en voerde hier veel van zijn beroemdste experimenten uit, met name zijn werk aan licht en optica. Dit zou ook de plek zijn waar Newton, toen hij een appel van een boom zag vallen, geïnspireerd raakte om zijn wet van de universele zwaartekracht te formuleren.
