De Kathedraal van Exeter is een anglicaanse kathedraal en de zetel van de bisschop van Exeter. De kathedraal staat in Exeter, Devon, Zuidwest-Engeland. De huidige kathedraal werd gebouwd in de 14e eeuw.
De oprichting van de kathedraal - toegewijd aan Petrus - was in 1050, toen de zetel verhuisde van Crediton naar de bisschop van Devon en Cornwall uit angst voor plunderingen. Toentertijd was er reeds een Angelsaksische kathedraal die de zetel van bisschop Leofric hield. De officiële oprichting van de kathedraal was in 1133, hoewel het nog jaren kostte om de kathedraal af te krijgen.
