Dalwhinnie distilleerderij, gelegen in het Hooglanddorp Dalwhinnie in Schotland, produceert single malt Scotch whisky. Dalwhinnie verwijst naar zijn eigen whisky als een Highland Whisky, aangezien de Speyside-regio volledig binnen de Hooglanden ligt en Speyside-distilleerderijen dus wettelijk kunnen worden aangeduid als ofwel Highland of Speyside onder de SWA-regelgeving. Een aantal andere Speyside-distilleerderijen labelen hun whisky ook als Highland, zoals Macallan, Glenfarclas en Aberlour. Dalwhinnie is eigendom van Diageo.
