Twee kilometer voor de kust bij Land's End liggen de Longships. Ongeveer 45 km westelijk van Land's End liggen de Scilly-eilanden. Iets ten noorden van Land's End ligt Cape Cornwall.
Een bekende tocht, die vooral met de fiets wordt ondernomen, is van Land's End naar John o' Groats in het noorden van Schotland. In beide richtingen wordt de tocht afgelegd. De afstand van deze tocht is meer dan 1400 km. Dat is vanuit het zuidwesten van Engeland naar het meest noordelijke punt in Schotland.
