Hamilton Palace was een landhuis in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Schotland. Het voormalige zitje van de hertogen van Hamilton dateert uit de 14e eeuw en werd vervolgens sterk vergroot in de 17e en 19e eeuw. Algemeen erkend als een van de grandioost huizen in de Britse Eilanden, lag het paleis in het centrum van de uitgestrekte Low Parks, met de Great Avenue, een noord-zuid lanen met bomen die meer dan drie mijl lang is, als zijn as. De Low Parks bevatten ook het Hamilton Mausoleum, ontworpen door David Hamilton, en het 11e-eeuwse Netherton Cross, terwijl de High Parks de Chatelherault Hunting Lodge bevatten, ontworpen door William Adam. Hamilton Palace werd tussen 1921 en 1926 afgebroken nadat werd ontdekt dat de kolenmijnen onder het huis de structurele integriteit bedreigden.
