Hamilton Palace var et landsted i Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Skotland. Det tidligere sæde for hertugerne af Hamilton, det stammede fra det 14. århundrede og blev derefter meget udvidet i det 17. og 19. århundrede. Brede anerkendt som en af de mest storslåede huse i de britiske øer, lå paladset i centrum af de omfattende Low Parks, med Great Avenue, en nord-syd træbeklædt allé over tre miles lang, som sin akse. Low Parks indeholdt også Hamilton Mausoleum designet af David Hamilton og Netherton Cross fra det 11. århundrede, mens High Parks indeholder Chatelherault Hunting Lodge designet af William Adam. Hamilton Palace blev nedrevet mellem 1921 og 1926 efter at kulværker under huset blev opdaget og truede dets strukturelle integritet.
