Het Leicester Royal Infirmary is een ziekenhuis van de National Health Service in Leicester, Engeland. Het is gelegen in het zuidwesten van het stadscentrum. Het heeft een afdeling voor spoedeisende hulp en wordt beheerd door de University Hospitals of Leicester NHS Trust.
Het ziekenhuis werd opgericht door dominee William Watts als het Leicester Infirmary met 40 bedden in 1771. Patiënten moesten een borg betalen wanneer ze binnenkwamen; als ze naar huis gingen, werd het geld terugbetaald; als ze overleden, werd hun borg gebruikt voor hun begrafenis. Bij de opening was er geen stromend water, maar het had wel zijn eigen brouwerij, waarvan het bier werd gebruikt om de patiënten te behandelen. In 1808 was het ziekenhuis uitgebreid met 20 bedden, tot een totaal van 60 bedden.
