Kindrochit Castle zijn de resten van een verdedigingsstructuur uit de 11e eeuw. Ze liggen aan de oever van de rivier Clunie, midden in het dorp Ballater in Schotland. De naam zelf betekent "bruggenhoofd" en wijst op de strategische betekenis van het kasteel.
Archeologische opgravingen uit 1925 tonen een oorspronkelijke woonzaal, ongeveer 30 × 10 m groot, gedeeltelijk onderkelderd en met kleine hoektorens. Met de verbouwing van 1390 werd een woontoren, ongeveer 21 × 14 m, met 3 m dikke muren gebouwd.
