Harthope Moss, ook bekend als Chapel Fell, is een bergpas in de Engelse Pennines. De pas verdeelt Weardale in het noorden en Teesdale in het zuiden. De ongeclassificeerde weg over de pas verbindt de A689 bij St John's Chapel, County Durham, met de B6277 nabij Langdon Beck in Upper Teesdale, County Durham. Het is de op één na hoogste verharde pas in Engeland, samen met de Killhope Cross op de A689, ongeveer 10 mijl naar het noorden aan de andere kant van Burnhope Seat.
