Harthope Moss, noto anche come Chapel Fell, è un passo montano nelle Pennine inglesi. Il passo divide Weardale a nord e Teesdale a sud. La strada non classificata che attraversa il passo collega l'A689 a St John's Chapel, nel County Durham, con la B6277 vicino a Langdon Beck nell'Upper Teesdale, nel County Durham. È il passo asfaltato più alto d'Inghilterra, insieme al Killhope Cross sull'A689, a circa 10 miglia a nord, dall'altra parte del Burnhope Seat.
