Cookham Lock is een sluis met stuwen, gelegen aan de rivier de Thames nabij Cookham, Berkshire, ongeveer een halve mijl stroomafwaarts van de Cookham Bridge. De sluis ligt in een sluisgracht die een van de vier stromen hier is en is omgeven door bossen. Aan de ene kant ligt Sashes Island en aan de andere kant ligt Mill Island, verbonden met Formosa Island, het grootste eiland op de niet-getijden Thames.
Er zijn verschillende stuwen in de nabijheid. De Hedsor-stuw werd in 1837 over het oude vaarwater geplaatst, zeven jaar nadat de sluis was geopend. Er is een lagere stuw, en de Odney-stuw bevindt zich op het kanaal naast Formosa Island.
