Crickley Hill en Barrow Wake is een 56,8 hectare groot biologisch en geologisch terrein van bijzonder wetenschappelijk belang in Gloucestershire, dat in 1974 werd aangemeld.
Het terrein ligt binnen het Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Het stond vroeger bekend als Crickley Hill en omvat een deel van een terrein dat Tuffleys Quarry wordt genoemd. Een deel van het terrein is eigendom van en wordt beheerd door de provincie Gloucestershire en de National Trust als een landelijk park. De Cotswold Way National Trail loopt door Crickley Hill en Barrow Wake.
