Crickley Hill og Barrow Wake er et 56,8 hektar stort biologisk og geologisk Sted af Særlig Videnskabelig Interesse i Gloucestershire, der blev anmeldt i 1974.
Stedet ligger inden for Cotswold-området med enestående naturskønhed. Det var tidligere kendt som Crickley Hill og inkluderer nogle dele af et sted kendt som Tuffleys Quarry. En del af området ejes og forvaltes af Gloucestershire County Council og National Trust som en Landpark. Cotswold Way National Trail passerer gennem Crickley Hill og Barrow Wake.
