Sponne School in Towcester, Northamptonshire, Engeland is de oudste middelbare school in Northamptonshire en een van de oudste in het land.
Een deel van de school was oorspronkelijk Towcester Grammar School, totdat de grammar schools in Northamptonshire werden afgeschaft. In 1968 werd de grammar school samengevoegd met de naburige Secondary Modern school, en de school werd hernoemd naar Sponne, naar Archdeacon William Sponne, die rector was van de nabijgelegen St. Lawrence Church in de 15e eeuw en de oorspronkelijke oprichter van de school.
Sponne School is een gemengde middelbare school en zesde klas, met 1358 leerlingen ingeschreven, van wie ongeveer 200 in de zesde klas zijn. Het is geregistreerd als een gespecialiseerde wetenschap- en muziekacademie. De school is lid van de Tove Learning Trust, waarvan de CEO Dr. Jamie Clarke is. De rector van de school is Iain Massey.
