Koninklijke Luchtmacht Spitalgate of eenvoudiger gezegd RAF Spitalgate, voorheen bekend als RFC Grantham en RAF Grantham, was een Royal Flying Corps en Koninklijke Luchtmacht basis, gelegen op 2 mijl ten zuidoosten van het centrum van Grantham, Lincolnshire, Engeland, met uitzicht op de hoofdweg A52.
De basis werd geopend in 1915 als Royal Flying Corps Station Grantham en werd op 1 april 1918 RAF Grantham - een naam die het droeg tot 1942, toen het werd hernoemd tot RAF Spitalgate. Gedurende de Eerste Wereldoorlog richtte de basis zich op vliegtraining en huisvestte een opeenvolging van reserve-, 11 en 50) en vervolgens trainingssquadrons Squadron en 15, 20 en 37, plus No. 39 in 1919) plus verschillende squadrons van de United States Army Air Service.
