La Royal Air Force Spitalgate o più semplicemente RAF Spitalgate, precedentemente nota come RFC Grantham e RAF Grantham, era una stazione del Royal Flying Corps e della Royal Air Force, situata a 2 miglia a sud-est del centro di Grantham, Lincolnshire, Inghilterra, affacciata sulla principale strada A52.
La stazione fu aperta nel 1915 come Royal Flying Corps Station Grantham, diventando RAF Grantham il 1 aprile 1918 - un nome che mantenne fino al 1942 quando fu rinominata RAF Spitalgate. Durante la Prima Guerra Mondiale, la stazione si concentrò sull'addestramento al volo, ospitando una successione di riserve, 11 e 50) e poi i squadroni di addestramento Squadron e 15, 20 e 37, oltre al No. 39 nel 1919) più diversi squadroni del United States Army Air Service.
