De kust en heidevelden van Suffolk AONB is een gebied van buitengewone natuurlijke schoonheid in Suffolk , Engeland.
De AONB omvat oude bossen , commerciële bosbouw, de estuaria van de rivieren Alde , Blyth , Deben , Orwell en Stour , landbouwgrond, kwelder , heide , wadden, rietvelden , kleine steden en dorpen, kiezelstranden en lage eroderende rotsen langs 60 mijl van kustlijn.
Kenmerken omvatten de kustplaatsen Aldeburgh en Southwold . Bawdsey , Covehithe , Dunwich , Minsmere , Orford , Orford Ness , Sizewell , Thorpeness , Walberswick en het RSPB Minsmere Reserve. Er zijn drie nationale natuurreservaten in het gebied en veel locaties van speciaal wetenschappelijk belang . Drie lange afstandswandelpaden lopen door de AONB: het Suffolk Coast Path , de Sandlings Walk en de Stour and Orwell Walk .
