Het Downshire Ziekenhuis is een psychiatrisch ziekenhuis met 16 bedden in Downpatrick, County Down, Noord-Ierland, voor zowel patiënten op de psychiatrische intensive-care als voor laag-beveiligde revalidatie.
Het ziekenhuis, dat werd ontworpen door Henry Smyth, werd geopend als het Down Lunatic Asylum in 1869. Het werd uitgebreid in 1883, 1895 en 1904. Het werd in de jaren 1920 het Down Mental Hospital en voegde zich in 1948 bij de Nationale Gezondheidsdienst als Downshire Hospital. Na de invoering van Zorg in de Gemeenschap begin jaren 80 ging het ziekenhuis een periode van achteruitgang in en werd de voorziening voor patiënten verminderd van meer dan 300 bedden tot slechts 16. Een deel van het gebouw werd vervolgens omgebouwd tot kantoren voor de Down District Council, die daar in oktober 2012 begon te opereren.
