El Hospital Downshire es un hospital psiquiátrico de 16 camas en Downpatrick, Condado de Down, Irlanda del Norte, tanto para pacientes de cuidados intensivos psiquiátricos como para rehabilitación de baja seguridad.
El hospital, que fue diseñado por Henry Smyth, se inauguró como el Asilo Loco de Down en 1869. Se amplió en 1883, 1895 y 1904. Se convirtió en el Hospital Mental de Down en la década de 1920 y se unió al Servicio Nacional de Salud como Hospital Downshire en 1948. Tras la introducción de la Atención en la Comunidad a principios de la década de 1980, el hospital entró en un periodo de declive y la provisión para pacientes se redujo de más de 300 camas a solo 16. Parte del edificio se convirtió posteriormente para su uso como oficinas del Consejo del Distrito de Down, que comenzó a operar allí en octubre de 2012.
