Het Tyrone en Fermanagh Ziekenhuis is een geestelijke gezondheidsfaciliteit in Omagh, County Tyrone, Noord-Ierland. Het wordt beheerd door de Western Health and Social Care Trust.
Het ziekenhuis werd in het begin van de 19e eeuw in gebruik genomen als een initiatief van de gegoede klasse van de graafschappen Tyrone en Fermanagh. Het werd ontworpen door William Farrell in de Elizabethaanse gotische stijl en opende in 1853 als de Omagh District Lunatic Asylum. Hoewel het oorspronkelijk bedoeld was voor 300 patiënten, bleek dit onvoldoende en werden er extra gebouwen opgetrokken en werden de oost- en westvleugels in de jaren 1860 uitgebreid. Tegen de jaren 30 was de faciliteit veranderd in het Tyrone en Fermanagh Ziekenhuis. Na de introductie van Zorg in de Gemeenschap in het begin van de jaren 80 belandde het ziekenhuis in een periode van achteruitgang en zijn er afdelingen gepland voor sluiting.
