Tyrone og Fermanagh Hospital er en mental sundhedsinstitution i Omagh, County Tyrone, Nordirland. Den ledes af Western Health and Social Care Trust.
Hospitalet blev etableret som et initiativ fra godsets gentry i amterne Tyrone og Fermanagh i det tidlige 19. århundrede. Det blev designet af William Farrell i den elizabethanske gotiske stil og åbnede som Omagh District Lunatic Asylum i 1853. Selvom det oprindeligt var tænkt til at rumme 300 patienter, viste dette sig at være utilstrækkeligt, og der blev opført yderligere bygninger, og både øst- og vestfløjene blev udvidet i 1860'erne. I 1930'erne var institutionen blevet til Tyrone og Fermanagh Hospital. Efter indførelsen af Care in the Community i begyndelsen af 1980'erne gik hospitalet ind i en periode med tilbagegang, og afdelinger er planlagt til lukning.
