De luchthaven van Tbilisi , vroeger Internationale Luchthaven Novo Alexeyevka, is de belangrijkste internationale luchthaven van Georgië, gelegen op 17 km ten zuidoosten van de hoofdstad Tbilisi.
In februari 2007 werd een reconstructieproject gestart met de constructie van een nieuwe internationale terminal, een autopark, verbeteringen aan het platform, de taxibaan en de startbaan en de aanwerving van groundhandlingmateriaal. Er werd een spoorwegverbinding met het stadscentrum aangelegd met een onregelmatige treindienst van 6 treinen per dag in elke richting. De George W. Bush Avenue leidt van de luchthaven naar het centrum van Tbilisi.
