Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi Internationale Lufthavn, tidligere Novo Alexeyevka Internationale Lufthavn, er den vigtigste internationale lufthavn i Georgien, beliggende 17 km sydøst for hovedstaden Tbilisi.
Den første lufthavnsterminalbygning blev opført i 1952. Tegnet af arkitekten V. Beridze i stilen af stalinistisk arkitektur havde bygningen en plantegning med symmetriske akser og en monumental risalit i form af en portiko. De to sidevinker havde blinde arkader i kæmpestørrelse. En ny terminalbygning blev færdiggjort i 1990, designet i den internationale stil.
I 1981 var Tbilisi lufthavn den 12. største lufthavn i Sovjetunionen, med 1.478.000 passagerer på de såkaldte centrale linjer, det vil sige på flyvninger der forbinder Tbilisi med byer i andre sovjetrepublikker. I 1998 var antallet af passagerer faldet til 230.000 om året.
