Zestaponi is een stad in Centraal-Georgië met 20.814 inwoners , behorend tot de regio Imereti. De stad is de hoofdplaats van het gelijknamige district en ligt aan de Kvirilarivier. Ten tijde van de Sovjet-Unie stond de stad ook bekend onder de Russische spelling als Zestafoni.
In Tsjiatoera, in de nabijheid van de stad, wordt mangaanerts gewonnen en sinds 1933 heeft Zestaponi daarom een fabriek die ijzerlegeringen produceert.
