Pontikonisi is een Grieks eilandje in de buurt van het eiland Corfu. Het meest opvallende kenmerk is een Byzantijnse kapel van Pantokrator, daterend uit de 11e of 12e eeuw.
In Homers Odyssee verandert Poseidon het schip van de Phaeaciërs, dat Odysseus naar Ithaka bracht, in steen. Men vermoedt dat dit gedeelte van het epos zich afspeelt op dit eiland voor de kust van Corfu.
