De Tempel van Isthmia is een oude Griekse tempel op de Isthmus van Korinthe, gewijd aan de god Poseidon en gebouwd in de Archaïsche Periode. Het ligt ongeveer 16 kilometer ten oosten van het oude Korinthe, op de plaats van het oude Isthmia. Het lijkt gebouwd te zijn in de zevende eeuw v.Chr., maar werd later verwoest in 470 v.Chr. en herbouwd als de Tempel van Poseidon in Isthmia rond 440 v.Chr. tijdens de Klassieke periode.
