Het Royal Victoria Oog- en Oorziekenhuis is een openbaar universitair ziekenhuis in Dublin, Ierland. Het Royal Victoria Oog- en Oorziekenhuis in Dublin werd opgericht in 1895 en is het Nationale Verwijscentrum voor zowel Oog- als Oor-, Neus- en Keelaandoeningen.
Het ziekenhuis werd opgericht door de samenvoeging van het Nationaal Oogziekenhuis en St. Mark's Oogziekenhuis voor Ziekten van het Oog en Oor in 1895. De campagne om dit te doen werd geleid door oogarts Sir Henry Rosborough Swanzy. Naast de autorisatie om de ziekenhuizen samen te voegen, voorzag de Dublin Oog- en Oorziekenhuiswet van 1895 in uitbreiding van de faciliteiten. In 1899 werd een terrein aangekocht aan Adelaide Road en zodra de nieuwe faciliteiten waren gebouwd, werden op 18 februari 1904 alle patiënten overgebracht van het Nationaal Oogziekenhuis en het St. Mark's Ziekenhuis.
