Moydrum Castle is een ruïne in Moydrum , gelegen in een naamloze straat net buiten de stad Athlone in County Westmeath, een graafschap in Ierland.
In de 17e eeuw behoorde het landgoed van Moydrum toe aan de Handcocks, een familie afkomstig uit de stad Devon in Engeland. Zij leefden ten tijde van de bezetting van Ierland door Groot-Brittannië, onder het gezag van landvoogd Oliver Cromwell. Deze periode wordt ook wel eens aangeduid als de cromwelliaanse periode. Van toen af aan bleef deze familie een van de grootste grondbezitters van de streek.
