Het treinstation van Sapri wordt gebruikt in de scène waar James Bond zijn vriendin Madeleine dumpt, in de film No Time to Die. In de overtuiging dat ze hem heeft verraden, dumpt Bond Madeleine haar letterlijk op de trein en figuurlijk uit zijn leven. Sapri staat voor de fictieve "Civita Lucana" in de film. Rond de stad werden ook beelden gemaakt van Bonds Aston Martin.
