De Kathedraal van Ferrara is een rooms-katholieke kathedraal en een kleinere basiliek in Ferrara, Noord-Italië. Gewijd aan Sint-Joris, de patroonheilige van de stad, is het de zetel van de aartsbisschop van Ferrara en het grootste religieuze gebouw in de stad.
De kathedraal staat in het stadscentrum, niet ver van het Palazzo Comunale en het beroemde Castello Estense en is verbonden met het aartsbisschoppelijk paleis via een overdekte gang.
