De kerk van Santa Maria in Sesto di Moriano is een kerk in Lucca, gelegen in de plaats Sesto di Moriano.
Van middeleeuwse oorsprong, met één schip en een apsis, toont in de apsis een fresco van de zegenende Christus tussen engelen, toe te schrijven aan de "Meester van San Frediano", de meest significante schilder van de eerste helft van de dertiende eeuw in Lucca. De kerk, die een eenvoudige doopvont uit de 12e eeuw behoudt, wordt tegenwoordig niet meer gebruikt voor diensten en is in gebruik als parochiezaal.
