Operatie Doppelkopf was de codenaam voor een Duits offensief in de Tweede Wereldoorlog in augustus 1944 in Koerland. In de vervolgoffensieven na Operatie Bagration rukten Sovjet-troepen in juli 1944 op door Litouwen en Letland en bereikten de kust van de Golf van Riga. Het Duitse opperbevel zette snel een tegenoffensief op om de verbinding tussen de Heeresgruppen Nord en Mitte te herstellen en de strategisch belangrijke plaatsen Šiauliai en Jelgava te heroveren. De verbinding kon hersteld worden, maar de rest van de doelen werden niet gehaald.
