Het Rijkscommissariaat Ostland was de naam voor het burgerlijke bestuur van een deel van de Ostgebiete van het Derde Rijk tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. De naam Ostland werd gebruikt om de door Duitsland bezette Baltische staten aan te duiden, alsook gebieden in het oosten van Polen en westen van Wit-Rusland. Tussen september 1941 en december 1944 werd dit gebied als een kolonie van nazi-Duitsland bestuurd.
