De politie van Malta is de politie van de Republiek Malta. De politie is verantwoordelijk voor de openbare orde en veiligheid op het hoofdeiland en de eilanden Gozo en Comino. Tot de politie behoren 2.300 agenten en 108 civiele medewerkers.
De eerste politie-eenheid op het eiland werd op 12 juli 1814 opgericht door Thomas Maitland, de latere gouverneur van het eiland. De taken zijn vastgelegd in het strafwetboek en de politiewet.
