Malta Politistyrken er politiet i Republikken Malta. Politiet er ansvarligt for offentlig orden og sikkerhed på hovedøen samt øerne Gozo og Comino. Den består af 2.300 politibetjente og 108 civile ansatte.
Den første politienhed på øen blev oprettet den 12. juli 1814 af Thomas Maitland, den senere guvernant på øen. Opgaverne er fastlagt i straffeloven og politiloven.
