De Pieterskerk is een laatgotische kerk in de Nederlandse stad Leiden. Van oudsher is het de hoofdkerk van die stad.
Aan de patroonheilige, Sint-Pieter, tot wie Jezus in het Evangelie volgens Matteüs zegt: "Ik zal u de sleutels geven van het Koninkrijk der hemelen" heeft de stad haar wapen te danken, alsmede haar bijnaam Sleutelstad.
