Stad Doetinchem was een voormalige gemeente in de Nederlandse provincie Gelderland. Het bestond uit de stad Doetinchem en de directe omgeving. Het grotere omliggende platteland was een aparte gemeente, genaamd Ambt Doetinchem.
Stad Doetinchem bestond tot 1920, toen het fuseerde met Ambt Doetinchem om een enkele gemeente Doetinchem te vormen.
