Oldambt is een gemeente in de Nederlandse provincie Groningen , die op 1 januari 2010 is ontstaan uit de samenvoeging van de gemeenten Scheemda, Winschoten en Reiderland. De gemeente had op 31 januari 2022 in totaal 38.528 inwoners , tot 1 augustus van 2022 groeide de bevolking door naar 38.853 inwoners. Oldambt is qua inwonertal de zesde gemeente van de provincie Groningen .
