De Sint-Nicolaaskapel, ook wel Valkhofkapel of Karolingische kapel genoemd, in Nijmegen is een kapel op het Valkhof, een heuvel in het centrum van Nijmegen die al in gebruik was door de Bataven aan het begin van de jaartelling. Karel de Grote liet op deze heuvel in de achtste eeuw een palts bouwen, die in de eeuwen daarna werd uitgebreid. De huidige kapel dateert van ca. 1000. Er werd bij de bouw gebruik gemaakt van de resten van de paleiskapel van Karel de Grote. Vanwege de overeenkomsten met de Akense paltskapel werd de ouderdom van de Valkhofkapel lange tijd veel te hoog geschat; de kapel zou uit de achtste eeuw dateren en daarmee veruit het oudste gebouw van Nederland zijn geweest. Het gebouw is in 1973 opgenomen in het rijksmonumentenregister.
